Licensed Scrum Master ($895 per Student, 15 Student Minimum - BU Student Pricing ONLY - Regular Pricing is $1000)

 

The Licensed Scrum Master training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, and founder of Scrum Inc., Dr. Jeff Sutherland. In this course, your instructor, who is a former Principal and friend of Scrum Inc., will share insights and strategies from Dr. Sutherland and Scrum Inc.’s and his decades of success launching high-performing Scrum teams in organizations around the globe.

 

The two-day (16 hour) course is dynamic and highly interactive. Class participants will start by organizing into Scrum teams. You'll take part in a variety of games and exercises that allow you to experience the Scrum Master role first-hand. With the help of Steve, you and your team will create a product backlog, prioritize it, and manage a burndown chart. You’ll be equipped with a continuous improvement mindset and techniques for identifying and eliminating waste in a system. 

You’ll leave the class knowing how Scrum can accelerate any project. This training is for all levels of Scrum experience.

 

Licensed Scrum Product Owner ($895 per Student, 15 Student Minimum - BU Student Pricing ONLY - Regular Pricing is $1000)


 

The Licensed Scrum Product Owner training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Through a combination of interactive exercises, you’ll get hands-on experience as a Product Owner. Your instructor Steve Daukas, former Principal and friend of Scrum Inc., will share in-depth case studies from Scrum Inc. and his own coaching experiences in the field, and answer your questions. The training will provide you with the knowledge and the tools you’ll need to accelerate the value delivery of your team or multiple teams in your scaled implementation.


 

In this two-day (16 hour) course, you will learn how to assess business value and prioritize features, projects, and portfolios that deliver maximum value to your stakeholders.

Suggested Prerequisite: Licensed Scrum Master (above) and/or prior knowledge of and experience with Scrum is extremely helpful and perquisite is strongly recommended.

 

Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner ($995 per Student, 15 Student Minimum - BU Student Pricing ONLY - Regular Pricing is $1295)


 

The Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland, and Scrum Inc coaches and trainers. Through a combination of interactive exercises, you’ll get hands-on experience understanding hot Scrum scales across an organization. Your instructor Steve Daukas, former Principal and friend of Scrum Inc., will share in-depth case studies from Scrum Inc. and his own coaching experiences scaling Scrum in volunteer organizations, nonprofits, family businesses, startups, and Fortune 500 to Global 10 organizations, and answer your questions. The training will provide you with the knowledge and the tools you’ll need to help Scrum teams of teams collaborate across your organization.


 

In this two-day (16 hour) course, you will learn the Scrum@Scale framework within which network of Scrum teams can address complex problems while creatively delivering products and services of the highest possible value. These "products" may be hardware, software, complex integrated systems, and services. Steve will touch on his experiences scaling organizations such as medical testing, oil & gas exploration, drilling, and transportation, legal departments and firms, HR, manufacturing, material science, pure research, and so on.

Scrum@Scale enables the transformation of every division, department , and service in any organization and can efficiently coordinate an unlimited number of Scrum Teams through its use of "Scale-free" architecture. Scrum@Scale naturally extends the core Scrum Framework.
