He's a co-founder of The Liminal Edge, a company that helps organizations harness, develop, and unleash human potential, build resilience, and create cultures of inclusiveness to enable them to be future-ready and to thrive amid times of uncertainty.


Brian draws upon practical business understanding, life experiences, and years of consulting for major national and international organizations, including high tech, financial, aviation, and entertainment. His work as a Socio-Economic Intervener-Researcher helped organizations identify, quantify, and reduce annual per-person hidden costs exceeding $90,000.


As an enterprise agile coach, Brian led several large-scale transformations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management and is the author of Managing Politics and Conflict in Projects.
