With a background in information management and digital media design, Tomas believes that the two most important things to have are an attitude of constant learning, ready to go back to square one at any time, and the ability to deal with uncertainties. Presently the General Manager of Titansoft, he strongly subscribes to the concept of an "Agile Mindset" and continues to learn and apply Agile management methods for large-scale organizations.

In 2017, Tomas was inducted into Singapore's Agile Hall of Fame and named in the publication "Who is Agile in Singapore." In 2019, he received the 100MVP Manager Innovation Management Award. In 2020, he received the honor of being one of the Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurial Leaders of the Year for the Golden Peak Award under Mid-sized Enterprises. He lives with the Taiwanese craftsman spirit of "getting his hands dirty and creating value".
