With a degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts, Todd studied Agile, Lean, and Kanban techniques as they applied to the manufacturing industry. After graduating from college, Todd went to work for EDS, where he learned a very structured approach to software development that contradicted the techniques he learned in college. However, it provided value in understanding the complex world of software development.

Today, Todd has more than 25 years of experience providing world-class project management consulting for strategic projects, including 20 years of experience launching, training, and managing agile software teams. Combining his Operations background with Project Management and Agile methods, Todd has trained and coached companies to deliver value to their stakeholders while eliminating wastes.
