Raj Heda leads agile transformations at large and medium organizations applying lean/agile mindset, SAFe framework, and product design thinking. He guides leadership teams and C-level executives to implement and foster Scrum improvement across enterprise organizations.

 

Raj is an adjunct faculty at Boston University and Brandies University who co-authored two books, Agile Project Management and Risk Management. He holds 12 patents and lives in Boston with his wife and two princesses.
