Peter is the creator of the Personal Agility System and co-founder of the Personal Agility Institute and the World Agility Forum. Peter started his career as a software engineer at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, before moving to Zurich, Switzerland.

His first contact with the modern notion of agility came in 1993. Since starting to use Scrum in 2006, he has been a proponent of Scrum and Agility. Today he is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer.
