Neil is a technology entrepreneur with multiple identities in many fields, including the founder and CEO of LeadBest Consulting Group. He's also a board member of the biggest contactless smartcard system in Taiwan, EasyCard corporation, and a National Taiwan University lecturer. With extensive practical digital innovation experiences, Neil consulted in various industries and promoted the agile mindset and digital empowerment. 

 

As the founding director of Agile Community Taiwan, Neil shares the same vision of promoting agile practices and methodologies with a group of agile pioneers in Taiwan. Communicating and co-working in an agile way did strengthen the consulting process with industries such as Acer Philippines, Mercedes Benz Taiwan, and Tokyo University.
