Joanna is an Agile HR practitioner who finds satisfaction in accelerating high performing Agile teams through unconventional practices & HR strategies. Being part of a company that was an early Agile & Sociocracy adopter, she played a role in developing and executing forward-thinking and unconventional HR practices to support its journey. Efforts of which were recognized by the Singapore Computer Society as the Best Tech Company Award (2017), HR Asia's Best Companies To Work For In Asia Awards (2018,2019), and Human Resources Director (HRD) Magazine's Asia's HR Innovative Teams (2020).
