Dave Silberman is intrigued by the pursuit of human potentiality – the human side of business. He works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to empower them to transcend what holds them back and achieve what they want. Dave’s research agenda revolves around identity theory and the correlations and dissonance of structural and psychological empowerment on human agency in the workplace environment.

 

Dave is a decorated disabled United States combat veteran with a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development. He served as a Senior Executive Officer in healthcare investment and government firms and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Boston University (BU) and the Director of Research for the BU Agile Innovation Lab.
