His work as a Socio-Economic Intervener-Researcher helped organizations identify, quantify, and reduce annual per-person hidden costs exceeding $90,000.

 

As an enterprise agile coach, Brian led several large-scale transformations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management and is the author of Managing Politics and Conflict in Projects.
